All items you intend on returning can not be used or damaged, and they must be returned in their original packaging including all their accessories and the invoice you were sent.

Clubpremiere.es only sells quality products. Such products are subjected to quality controls, therefore, in the case you decide to return a product, once we receive it and have it back in our hands, we examine it thoroughly and check that it has not been used, that it is not damaged and that it meets all the conditions previously established. Once this process is completed, we will proceed to carry out the refund. CLUB PREMIERE will be charged with the refund expenses. (WE ADVISE you to use cotton bags when trying on the footwear, in order to avoid any type of scratches on the soles or any other imperfections).
In the case of a return, the amount you paid for the purchase will be refunded to you without any post and packaging expenses when the purchase is carried out from the following countries: Spain, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Portugal, Andorra, Holland, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxemburg, the refund will be made (after having checked the condition the product is returned in) to the same bank account number from which the payment was made or through a bank transfer, for this, we will need you to provide us with your bank account number, or through a check made out to a named person which will be sent by certified post to the address you provided us with when placing your order. In the case you do not fall in the category of any of the aforementioned countries, the post and packaging and custom duties referring to such return will be paid by the client.

If you have any queries concerning how to proceed to return your package, please do not hesitate to contact us via the customer services telephone number we have put at your disposal: +34 965 38 24 39.

In the case that your return does not fulfil the conditions and is not accepted, clubpremiere.es will get in contact with you in order to offer you the option of returning the items that have not been accepted. All the expenses generated by the return of these items, taxes or custom duties will be paid by you. If you do not accept this option, clubpremiere can keep the articles and the amount paid for them.

The moment that clubpremiere has checked that the previously mentioned conditions have been fulfilled, we will proceed and send you an email informing you of the acceptance of the refund.

From such date, and within a term of 15 working days, we will proceed to refund the amount of your purchase without any post and packaging expenses.

In the case that your order was placed from a country not mentioned above, the post and packaging expenses and custom duties will be paid by the purchaser.

In the case of the sections named: WASHED and MADE TO YOUR TASTE, there is no possibility of refund, due to the fact that these items are made exclusively for the client according to their requests, and the delivery period will be 15 days. The payment for these sections mentioned (WASHED and MADE TO YOUR TASTE) will only be able to be made by bank transfer or by credit card charge. We will proceed to carry out the order placed the moment we receive the amount.
